Stress Screening Test Chamber

What Is HASS? HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) is an accelerated reliability testing method primarily used during the production stage to quickly identify potential product defects. By applying stress levels higher than those encountered in normal operating conditions—such as temperature, humidity, vibration, mechanical stress, or electrical stress—HASS can expose early-life failures in a short period, reducing warranty returns and improving overall product reliability.

Types of HASS Based on Stress and Application:
Thermal Stress Screening
Vibration Stress Screening
Combined Environmental Stress Screening
Electrical Stress Screening
Custom HASS

The DHT® HASS chambers are advanced testing systems designed to rapidly expose latent product defects by subjecting them to extreme temperature, humidity, and vibration stresses. Widely adopted in the electronics, automotive, electrical, and aerospace sectors. This test chamber applies extreme temperature and humidity variations, along with vibration and other stress conditions, to accelerate the exposure of product defects within a short period. This ensures that the product meets reliability standards during actual use, preventing potential failures after the product leaves the factory.
