The DHT® Ozone Test Chamber is specifically designed to evaluate the ozone resistance and aging performance of materials such as rubber, plastics, coatings, and electronic components.
By simulating ozone exposure in the atmosphere (adjustable concentration from 0–1000 pphm), combined with elevated temperature (room temperature up to +80 °C) and humidity (≥60% RH), the chamber accelerates the aging process. This allows for rapid assessment of a material’s resistance to ozone-induced cracking, embrittlement, corrosion, and other failure mechanisms.
The system is fully compliant with international standards including GB/T 7762-2003, GB/T 13642, and ASTM D1149, and supports both static tensile and dynamic cycling test modes. It accommodates type I dumbbell specimens as well as actual components, making it an ideal solution for reliability validation in industries such as automotive, electronics, medical devices, and packaging.
