The DHT-TCU is an air handling unit developed by DHT® specifically for industries such as semiconductors and instrumentation, designed to provide air and liquid handling solutions for low and high-temperature, as well as humidity control. The DHT-TCPU includes both installation-type and all-in-one temperature control units. The installation-type unit can be integrated with the user’s application system to provide temperature control functions for the user’s instruments. Users simply need to communicate with the DHT-TCU to receive the required air supply. The all-in-one DHT-TCU is a complete temperature control unit, allowing users to directly access the air supply through its ducts or vents, and it supports communication control functions, enabling easy integration with the user’s instrumentation system.
