The DHT® Thermal Shock Test Chamber(Two-Zone) is a high-performance environmental testing device designed to assess the resilience of materials exposed to rapid temperature changes between high and low extremes. The equipment offers multiple model options, including air-gap dual-chamber and multi-zone dual-chamber versions, with chamber volumes ranging from 27 liters to 1000 liters, making it suitable for various scales and testing requirements. Equipped with a PLC control system and display, operators can preset cyclic test parameters to ensure automated and efficient testing. Additionally, the device complies with multiple international standards, making it an ideal choice for environmental reliability testing and product quality control in industries such as metals, plastics, rubber, and electronics.

Efficient Temperature Transition The high-temperature chamber has an adjustable temperature range of +50°C to +220°C (with an optional maximum of +250°C), while the low-temperature chamber ranges from -80°C to +70°C, ensuring rapid and precise temperature transitions.

Optimized Sample Transfer System The ball-screw drive mechanism reliably guides the sample baskets, with high load capacity. The dual-chamber baskets can hold up to 20 kg, while the three-chamber baskets can support up to 50 kg, catering to a wide range of sample testing needs.
