Lamp Fogging Test Chamber

The DHT® Automotive Lamp Fogging Test Chamber is specifically designed to simulate the anti-fog performance of automotive lighting systems under real-world environmental conditions. Featuring a dual-temperature zone configuration, both chambers are walk-in accessible. The left chamber replicates the external environment of the headlamp, incorporating functions such as cold water rainfall simulation, constant temperature and humidity control, wind speed adjustment, and front-facing illumination. The right chamber simulates the rear environment of the headlamp, providing high and low-temperature cycling, constant temperature and humidity control, and wind speed adjustment. The central area is designated for installing the test samples. This test chamber enables rapid evaluation of headlamp anti-fog performance under various environmental conditions, assisting users in optimizing product designs to ensure reliability and safety across diverse weather scenarios.

Benefits

Dual-Temperature Zone Design: The chamber’s dual-temperature zone design accurately simulates the anti-fog performance of headlamps in different environmental settings, ensuring product reliability under actual usage conditions.

Enhanced Durability: The inner chamber is constructed using fiberglass welding, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and ease of cleaning, while the outer shell is made of high-quality steel plates with a spray coating, enhancing the device’s durability.

Intelligent Control System: The control system integrates advanced European PID microcomputer controllers equipped with over-temperature protection functions, ensuring safe operation in high-temperature environments.

Air-Cooled Refrigeration System: The application of an air-cooled refrigeration system improves cooling efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The device is also equipped with a fault self-diagnosis system, facilitating maintenance and repairs, thereby minimizing downtime.

Environmentally Friendly Materials: The use of environmentally friendly insulation materials and refrigerants complies with international environmental standards, reducing the impact on the environment.
