The DHT® Rain Test Chamber (DHSR Series) is engineered with advanced water pressure control, multi-angle spray coverage, and a robust structural design, making it ideal for comprehensive waterproof testing across IPX3 to IPX9K levels. Featuring patented spiral nozzles, the system provides precise simulation of rainfall intensity and impact, with an adjustable water pressure range from 0 to 300 kPa to ensure uniform spray distribution and realistic environmental replication. The chamber is constructed with a 304 stainless steel inner liner and a corrosion-resistant coated frame, complemented by a large double-glazed viewing window for full visual monitoring during testing.

An integrated intelligent temperature control system allows water temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, while a dual closed-loop water filtration system prevents nozzle clogging and maintains long-term reliability. The DHSR Series is equipped with multiple safety features, including leakage protection, water level alarms, and overload shut-off. It supports a variety of test modes such as oscillating tube, handheld spray nozzle, and full-vehicle rain testing. Fully compliant with GB/T 4208, IEC 60529, and ISO 20653 standards, this chamber is widely used in high-reliability fields such as automotive electronics, military equipment, and outdoor lighting.
