Thermal & Moisture Resistance Tester

The DHT® Thermal & Moisture Resistance Tester leverages DHSPLCON intelligent control technology to deliver precise temperature and humidity regulation, covering a wide operating range from -70°C to +180°C and 20% to 98% RH. It ensures temperature uniformity within ±1.0°C and humidity deviation within ±3.0% RH, fully meeting the testing requirements of GB/T 2423.3-2006 (Damp Heat, Steady State), GB/T 2423.4-2008 (Damp Heat, Cyclic), and IEC 60068-2-30/78 for evaluating material degradation, insulation performance loss, and corrosion effects under humid thermal conditions.

Engineered with an optimized airflow architecture and full cross-sectional horizontal turbulence circulation, the chamber ensures uniform thermal distribution even under high-density loads such as PCB assemblies and battery modules. The 304 stainless steel interior and four-stage chemical filtration system effectively suppress background contamination, enabling long-duration stability tests such as 96-hour saturated humidity cycles.

Additionally, the system supports real-time data traceability (21 CFR Part 11 compliance optional) and features comprehensive multi-level protection including over-temperature, short-circuit, and compressor overload safeguards. The DHT® chamber is widely adopted for sealing validation of electric drive systems in new energy vehicles, humid-thermal cycle evaluation of spacecraft thermal control materials, and environmental adaptability certification of military-grade electronic equipment.
