Featuring a reinforced interior made of 316L stainless steel and fluorocarbon-coated surfaces, the chamber integrates an ATEX-certified explosion-proof temperature and humidity control system. It is purpose-built for accelerated aging, stability verification, and failure analysis of chemical materials under extreme temperature and humidity conditions (ranging from -70°C to +180°C) and corrosive gas atmospheres.

The system incorporates a modular corrosion-resistant air duct design with an integrated exhaust treatment unit for hazardous chemical gases. Key components, including the compressor and sensors, are certified to NACE MR0175 standards for acid corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term operational reliability under strong acid or alkaline conditions. This chamber provides stringent environmental simulation capabilities that align with ASTM D5510, GB/T 10586, and other relevant standards, making it ideal for reliability testing of synthetic resins, specialty rubbers, catalytic agents, and other advanced chemical materials.
